Unit supervisor - full time night shift

Rheumatology Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned nursing area or function. Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Bachelor's degree in Nursing. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider and any relevant certification as determined at position level.
