Finance Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Finance Associate in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in secured and unsecured commercial lending, project, and structured finance. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including banks, institutional investors, and corporate borrowers, across various industries such as telecommunications, media, and technology. Duties Advise clients on commercial lending and structured finance matters. Manage senior, second lien, and subordinated financings. Handle workouts, restructurings, and leveraged acquisition financings. Coordinate cross-border and multicurrency financings. Participate in project finance and securitization transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multiple matters. Requirements 3-6 years of relevant law firm experience. Proficiency in commercial lending and structured finance. Experience with loan syndications and participations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Georgia. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
