ROLE DESCRIPTION:
At Jon Till - State Farm Agent, We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Team Member to join our State Farm Agent office. In this role, your primary focus will be on actively generating new business by calling on prospective customers, building relationships, and converting leads into loyal clients. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy outreach, and thrive in a target-driven environment, this position is a great opportunity to grow your career in insurance sales. No experience required, we offer all of the training to help you succeed!

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales ability or strong desire to succeed in a sales-focused role.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses (support provided).
