Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Forney/Mesquite

We are actively recruiting for a licensed mental health therapist in the greater Forney/Mesquite region to partner with us in achieving that mission. Job Overview As a Geode Health Therapist, you will diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions. You will help people define goals, gain insights, and offer personalized, committed care. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide care coordination and crisis intervention when needed. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat mental health disorders across a broad range of conditions. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver psychotherapy in person and through telehealth. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for care coordination. Provide crisis intervention as required. Use an EMR system to maintain accurate, up‑to‑date electronic health records for all patient encounters. Qualifications Active license (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) in the state of Illinois. At least one year of professional experience conducting psychotherapy. Passion for high‑quality care. Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans. Proficiency with an EMR system and commitment to accurate documentation. Understanding of a broad range of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
