- **Position / Specialty**: NICU RN - **Years of Experience Required**: 2 years *level 4* NICU Required - **Certifications Required**: BCLS, NRP - **Skills Required**: Proficiency with IV vasopressors, High Frequency Ventilation, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Ventilator management (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP), NICU III, NICU IV*, PICU* - **Charting System Experience Required**: Cerner - **Patient Diagnoses**: Neonate 32 weeks; Full Term Newborn - **Certifications**: BLS, NRP - **Travel Experience Required**: No - **Pending License Accepted**: Yes - **RTO Restrictions**: Greater than 7 days needs approval - **AKG Testing**: Pass/Fail, 2 tries max; 6-month system DNR if failed 2x - **Experience Required**: Minimum 1-2 years - **Special Procedures/Unit Details**: Must be able to care for Level 4 NICU acuity and willing to float to Pediatric ICU - **Must be proficient with**: High Frequency Ventilation, High Flow NC, IV vasopressors - **Float Required**: Level II NICU, MBU
