CVOR CST - 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM Shift
Location: Margate, FL
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled CVOR CST to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in an environment with a focus on surgical procedures, assisting the surgical team in providing high-quality patient care during operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in all surgical specialties, excluding CVOR.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to protocols during procedures.
- Maintain a sterile environment and proper equipment usage.
- Collaborate with the surgical team for efficient workflow.
- Monitor patients' conditions during and after surgery.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of current experience in an acute OR setting.
- Ability to scrub and be proficient in all service lines, with a focus on multi-tasking and critical thinking.
- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
