Inpatient Nursing Educator

Windham Hospital is seeking an Inpatient Nursing Educator to lead clinical education for our inpatient teams. In this role, you will assess learning needs, design and deliver evidence-based training, and support nurses in achieving clinical competence and excellence in patient care. Working closely with nursing leadership, you’ll coordinate onboarding, support regulatory readiness, and drive quality and safety initiatives. This position is ideal for an experienced RN passionate about teaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture in a hospital setting.
