Warehouse Associate - 3rd Shift

Job Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for loading and unloading materials using hand trucks, reach trucks, or forklifts. They maintain a clean and safe work environment, identify discrepancies in receiving loads against the manifest, and support drivers in truck operations. Essential Functions Utilize the manifest to pull routes, stage freight, and assist drivers with truck loading and unloading. Conduct material handling tasks such as picking, packing, scanning, kitting (as applicable), and counting. Ensure timeliness, accurate packaging, and correct system entries. Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D). Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Read and follow detailed directions in a fast‑paced environment. Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with TSA and OSHA guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills / Competencies Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding/shrink‑wrap equipment. Use an RF scan gun proficiently. Hold forklift certifications (preferred). Work overtime and occasional weekends as needed. Read and comprehend detailed work instructions. Collaborate effectively with team members and work with minimal supervision. Maintain high attention to detail. Lift and move up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Speak, read, and write in English. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous warehouse experience preferred (minimum 1 year). Physical Requirements Standing and walking for extended periods; frequently stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, bending, and lifting objects overhead. Must regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs. unassisted and use pallet jacks and forklifts. Schedules Thursday-Monday & Saturday to Wednesday 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM.
