Requirements
- 5 or more years of enterprise-level experience designing and deploying high-scale Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online architecture for complex collaboration migrations.
- Experience in transitioning enterprise users from legacy communications platforms into integrated Microsoft environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID identity services, including Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO implementation.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API for automated platform engineering and tenant optimization.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot for M365 enablement and Microsoft Purview security policy configurations.
- Exceptional communication skills for providing technical guidance to stakeholders and driving user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and deployment of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online collaborative frameworks.
- Orchestrate technical migration workstreams to transition services from third-party platforms into the Microsoft cloud.
- Configure identity and access management solutions within Microsoft Entra ID to ensure secure platform connectivity.
- Architect automated administrative workflows using PowerShell to improve operational efficiency and reporting.
- Design and implement security baselines utilizing Microsoft Defender and Data Loss Prevention protocols.
- Manage the technical integration of Microsoft Copilot including readiness assessments and governance standards.
- Produce technical roadmaps and operational runbooks to ensure a seamless end-user experience during transitions.
