BAS Healthcare is partnering with a physician-led, community-based health system in central Indiana to recruit a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician to join an established and well-supported practice based in Lebanon, IN . Additional patient care sites include Frankfort and Crawfordsville, offering variety and regional collaboration without excessive travel.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pulmonologist seeking flexibility, a collegial environment, and the ability to practice comprehensive pulmonary and critical care medicine while maintaining work–life balance.

• Full-time, hospital-employed opportunity

• Join an established single-specialty Pulmonary/Critical Care group

• Flexible schedule with 36 patient-facing hours per week

• Inpatient rounding Monday–Friday

• Call schedule discussed during the interview process

• Average 15–20 patients per day

• EMR: Meditech

• Teaching opportunities available with Marian University , if desired

• Comprehensive Pulmonary & Critical Care practice

• Integrated Sleep Medicine and Respiratory Therapy services

• Experience with EBUS bronchoscopy and indwelling pleural catheter placement preferred

• Strong specialty and administrative support in a collaborative care model

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine

• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure

• Interest in community-based practice and team collaboration
