What You Will Bring:

  • Current Louisiana PT License
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Experience with a wide variety of patient types including spinal cord injuries, strokes, orthopedic surgeries, and neuro-specific diagnoses
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency with EMR systems such as Epic, Meditech Expanse, and WellSky
Additional Skills That Are a Plus:
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
  • Experience working with medically complex or debilitated patients
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical settings and patient needs
  • Experience in outpatient, inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, or acute care environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • At least 1+ years of experience in a specialty setting
  • Willingness to consider first-time travelers based on experience and skillset
Other Important Requirements:
  • No weekend or on-call shifts; enjoying work-life balance
  • Attire includes pewter scrubs for inpatient or professional dress for outpatient settings
  • Free parking available
  • Commitment to attending departmental and hospital orientation sessions (2-3 days)
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly pay rate of $60.30
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
