Target Compensation: $21.63-$26.44/hour

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Finance Assistant:

• Manage multiple payrolls, including international payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting documentation for month-end accounting activities.
• Support audits, tax filings, accounts receivable processing, budgeting initiatives, and general ledger maintenance.

Qualifications for the Senior Finance Assistant:

• Experience processing complex payroll, including international payroll.
• Strong accounting experience, including reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger responsibilities.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
