Technology Specialist

About the Employer The Byron Union School District is a TK - 8 district located in Byron, CA with approximately 1,200 students and 180+ staff members, with two elementary schools and one middle school serving the communities of Byron and Discovery Bay. The district also offers an independent study program (Byron Institute of Independent Study) serving grades K-8. Job Summary Under the general direction of District Office Administration, the Technology Specialist will work independently and in conjunction with the technology team to troubleshoot and maintain computer and network hardware, peripherals, and software. Install, service, and repair existing and future technology equipment. Prioritize daily work based on time of year and essential technology functions. Assist the technology team in completing requirements in the student information systems as directed.
