Today, we manage over $3 billion in employment-related costs annually—and we are growing every day.As we expand our footprint in Northern California, we're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to drive new business and build lasting client relationships in this high-growth market.Who You Are:Our ideal candidate fits this profile…You have a proven track record of strategic sales experience, successfully networking and managing a referral-based channel sales role.With demonstrated business maturity, you effectively communicate and relate to business owners.You possess a strong business network in which you have had success selling a value-added service to senior level executives in the Northeast.You're an excellent communicator both written and verbal, who can build and maintain effective working relationships.Your goal oriented and have a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.What You'll Do:Outside Sales Solicit PEO business from prospects, establishing relationships with channel partners and retaining customers. A minimum of 75% of these activities are to be conducted outside the office.
