Product Manager - Drywall

Drywall Product Manager Location: Hybrid, Towson, MD. 25% travel. Job Overview Responsible for developing and executing a strategic product plan for drywall products, managing the product portfolio, driving sales growth, and leading cross‑functional teams throughout product development. Key Responsibilities Create a strategic 3‑year product roadmap, including situational assessment, competitive overview, portfolio analysis, and action plans. Develop and execute plans to increase sales of existing categories, reduce product quality issues, and identify value improvement opportunities. Manage the product portfolio to achieve annual POS growth through NPD and legacy SKUs. Lead end‑user research to build a clear understanding of product applications and become the category expert. Facilitate and coordinate cross‑functional teams (category, engineering, channel, brand, graphics, sourcing, manufacturing, legal, finance, supply, quality) across the product lifecycle. Develop and present strategic product and commercial plans to distributors to increase market share. Accountable for timely, cost‑controlled product launch while mitigating risk. Communicate project status to all stakeholders, including senior management. Develop marketing collateral (packaging, presentations, merchandising) for product launches. Qualifications BS or BA in Marketing, Business, Finance, Engineering, Industrial Design or related field. 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in manufacturing or consumer durables. Intermediate proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Office. PMP or Agile certification is a plus. Strong communication and cross‑functional leadership skills. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $62,200–$100,200 per year.
