Our unique interdisciplinary programunites policy analysis and legal studies to examine criticalsocietal issues. We seek candidates with the interest and abilityto teach advanced undergraduate courses in their area of researchexpertise, courses on health policy, and an introduction to USpublic policy. Trinity is a highly selective, independent, nonsectarian liberalarts institution located in the capital city of Hartford,Connecticut. The college maintains a rigorous academic profilecomplemented by a vibrant co-curricular program. The teaching load is 2/2 for the first two years (and 3/2thereafter), with a one-semester research leave every fourth year.The successful candidate will be eligible for start-up funds,ongoing annual research funds, and funds toward conferencetravel. Qualifications Evidence of scholarly promise and teaching effectiveness isrequired. A Ph.D. in Public Policy, Sociology, Economics, PublicHealth, Health Policy, or a related field should be in hand byAugust 2027.
