Registered Nurse, Emergency Room, 36hrs Nights

Job Description Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, has a registered nurse opening in our emergency room. Be part of the mission to deliver exceptional personalized care within our 5x Magnet‑designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 223‑bed hospital. Responsibilities Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patients' progress and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness. Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient. Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes. Qualifications Graduate of a state‑approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN requirement strongly encouraged. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred. Schedule Three 12‑hour shifts including every third weekend and holiday group rotation. Compensation Pay Range: $36.00 - $90.14 per hour. Pay may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices in accordance with the law. Additional Requirements All staff must be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment.
