Responsibilities
- Ensure eating utensils are cleaned and sanitized in a manner appropriate to safely meet residents' needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
- Operate dishwashing equipment in a manner consistent with the appropriate operating procedures.
- Live and support Autumn Leaves Nursing and Rehabilitation's core values.
- Balance the care for residents and team members with the cost of such care.
- Work in a manner that every interaction ends with a "thank you"!
Qualifications
- Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
- Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
- Prior experience in a healthcare facility or hospitality environment (minimum of 1 year)
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
- Supportive and compassionate
Must-Haves for Role
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
