The Role Our client seeks an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably with an emphasis on insurance-related litigation such as coverage disputes, personal injury cases, premises liability lawsuits, and bad faith claims. The ideal candidate will have experience investigating and defending first and third-party claims, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and attending court hearings in state and federal courts. Experience drafting coverage opinions and conducting examinations under oath is a strong plus. Candidates will have the opportunity to handle day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of the matters on which they work, from pre-litigation analysis and client recommendations through trial and appeal. Key Responsibilities - Investigate and defend first and third-party insurance claims

• Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith matters
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft dispositive motions and coverage opinions
• Attend court hearings in state and federal courts
• Conduct legal research and prepare written analysis
• Provide pre-litigation evaluations and client recommendations
• Conduct examinations under oath

Required Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school — distinguished academics preferred

• Active Colorado Bar license required — absolutely no exceptions
• 3+ years of solid litigation experience in law firms required
• Experience with insurance-related litigation, coverage disputes, personal injury, premises liability, and bad faith claims strongly preferred
• Excellent research, writing, and independent thinking skills required
• Ability to handle a fast-paced workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Hands-on approach to research, problem-solving, and client relations
• Comfortable with technology
• Outgoing, collegial, and collaborative personality
• Must be LOCAL to Denver, Colorado — no relocation assistance, no exceptions
