We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Customer Experience team. The successful applicant will play a role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the business. The Staff Accountant will be expected to perform a variety of accounting duties, including but not limited to, maintaining accurate and timely financial records, analyzing financial statements, and reconciling accounts.The Staff Accountant will work in a collaborative environment that values the contributions of every team member and expects performance. Our informal management structure works well for self-starters who are looking for the opportunity to contribute beyond their position and help grow our company.ResponsibilitiesPerform all day-to-day accounting duties, ensuring the accurate and timely recording of all financial transactionsPrepare and analyze financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flowsAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsReconcile bank and credit card statementsAssist in the preparation and review of budgets and forecastsMaintain and update the accounting softwareAssist in the preparation and filing of tax returnsAssist in various back office administrative responsibilities to support the company workforce
