Leading a team of Sales Architects, the full-time hybrid Sales Architect Manager will oversee functional and technical discovery for new technology sales opportunities, manage team performance, and ensure smooth transitions of client projects from sales to services. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Sales Architect team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management Qualify sales prospects through assessments and technical evaluations to determine opportunity fit Collaborate with service and delivery teams to align on resources and expectations during the sales cycle Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field Experience with at least 10 full life cycle implementations or 5+ years of ERP implementation experience 3+ years of success in pre-sales operations with an enterprise software firm 2+ years of experience leading and coaching a team Ability to translate industry experience to solve client business process and application issues
