The Unarmed Security Guard will provide safety and security in residential communities and commercial buildings. This role focuses on maintaining a visible presence to deter unsafe or unlawful actions, responding promptly to incidents, and delivering a high level of customer service during day and night shifts. No operation of security technology is required, emphasizing strong observation and communication skills throughout patrol duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety
• Monitor premises for any signs of unusual or suspicious behavior
• Respond to incidents promptly, escalating when necessary
• Maintain a high level of customer service when interacting with residents, employees, and visitors
• Prepare clear and concise reports on daily activities and incidents

Required Qualifications

• Valid Security Guard License

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in security services
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Sharp observation skills
• Ability to prepare accurate written reports
