Physical Therapist

Job Title Physical Therapist Location Aberdeen, WA Overview Our Physical Therapist role provides high-quality in-home and/or outpatient patient care in the Aberdeen, WA area. This position is responsible for delivering comprehensive rehabilitation services including evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing patient management. OASIS experience is a plus and supports accurate and efficient clinical assessments. Position Offers Schedule: Monday–Friday or four 10-hour shifts Competitive Compensation: $130,000 - $135,000 per year (DOE) Mileage reimbursement or company-provided vehicle Health, dental, and vision insurance Disability and life insurance coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) Sick Time Off (STO) Paid holidays Malpractice insurance coverage Key Responsibilities Perform start-of-care, recertification, and follow-up patient assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Deliver physical therapy interventions and monitor patient progress Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and home exercise programs Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical findings Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience Experience with start-of-care and recertification assessments preferred OASIS experience is a plus Strong communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills Why Join Us Join a patient-focused care team dedicated to improving mobility and quality of life through personalized rehabilitation services.
