We are seeking a senior SAP North America Delivery Head to lead and scale our SAP delivery organization across the region. This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery excellence, P&L ownership, client success, and team leadership , ensuring high-quality execution of complex SAP transformation programs while driving growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership & Execution

• Own and lead end-to-end SAP delivery across North America, including S/4HANA transformations and cloud migrations.
• Ensure delivery excellence across all engagements, meeting quality, timeline, and financial targets
• Establish and enforce delivery governance, standards, and best practices
• Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling across programs

P&L Ownership & Financial Management

• Manage regional delivery P&L , including revenue, margins, utilization, and cost optimization
• Drive profitable growth through efficient delivery models and resource management
• Partner with finance and sales leadership to forecast and manage pipeline-to-revenue conversion

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key client stakeholders
• Act as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Support large deals and proposals by providing delivery assurance and solution credibility

Organization & Talent Development

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing SAP delivery organization across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams
• Develop leadership pipelines, mentor senior leaders, and drive a culture of accountability and excellence
• Optimize workforce strategy, including hiring, reskilling, and partner/vendor management

Collaboration with Sales & GTM

• Partner with sales and industry leaders to shape deals, solution strategies, and delivery models
• Provide input into go-to-market offerings , ensuring alignment with delivery capabilities
• Drive adoption of standardized solutions, accelerators, and reusable assets

Innovation & Transformation

• Lead adoption of emerging technologies such as SAP BTP, AI/ML (including SAP Joule), automation, and analytics
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery through digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled processes
• Champion transformation initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and client value

Required Qualifications

• 1520+ years of experience in SAP consulting and delivery leadership
• Proven track record managing large-scale SAP programs (S/4HANA, RISE, cloud transformations)
• Strong experience with P&L management and regional delivery ownership
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, distributed teams across North America and global delivery centers
• Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and leading strategic client relationships
• Deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, BTP, supply chain, finance, integration)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-industry SAP delivery (e.g., manufacturing, life sciences, retail, energy)
• Exposure to AI/automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Background in global delivery models and multi-vendor environments
• MBA or advanced degree

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $146,000 base per year

Pay Range Maximum: $300,300 base per year

A candidates pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
