At CMCS (Cardinal McCloskey Community Services), our mission is to protect, empower, and promote independence for at-risk children and families and those with developmental disabilities through quality community-based services.As a Home Visitor at Cardinal McCloskey Community Services, you will play a vital role in supporting families through weekly home visits that promote secure parent-child relationships and high-quality early learning experiences. This position is ideal for someone who is nurturing, culturally responsive, and passionate about empowering families as their child's first and most important educator. Responsibilities:Provide weekly home visits to families focused on early childhood developmentPromote learning in language, literacy, math, science, social-emotional skills, and creative artsBuild respectful, trusting relationships with familiesCollaborate with parents to plan home visits and learning experiencesImplement curriculum aligned with the Head Start Early Learning Outcomes FrameworkSupport children with disabilities and dual language learnersEmpower parents as primary educators of their children Requirements:Minimum of a CDA AA or BA in Early Childhood, Human Services, or Psychology (with EC credits) preferredExperience in Early Childhood Education, prenatal care, home visiting, or community healthBilingual is a plusMust be able to work on-site in the Bronx (no remote option) CMCS Offers: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan Generous Paid Time Off Flexible Work Schedule In-Service Training Make a Difference Every DayIf you're ready to make a meaningful impact and be part of a compassionate, dedicated team, apply today and start your journey with CMCS!#HR24S
