Program, train, fine-tune, and operate robotic welding equipment.Keep Production Rolling! Troubleshoot welding issues, minimize downtime, and keep those robots running efficiently.Make Sparks Fly! Perform manual welding and fabrication when needed.Build It Right! Fabricate steel components and complete assemblies using CAD prints and specifications.Finish Strong! Grind, finish, and inspect products to ensure they meet our quality standards.Know Your Numbers! Track daily production counts and help keep production goals on target.Check Your Work! Verify measurements, weld quality, and finished assemblies.Safety First!
