Description
Must be able to work independently. Must comply with all company policies and procedures. Ensure protection of proprietary company and confidential client/consumer information. Model appropriate behavior strategies. Provide consultation to support staff and supervisors.
Qualifications
- College degree and/or certificate (RBT) in related field. (Preferred)
- Must be able to pass and maintain a clear background check through the Department of Justice, in compliance of Title 17 and program design regulations.
- Previous experience in ABA-required Ability to demonstrate knowledge of ABA principles.
- Experience in the field or working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Experience with individuals with behavioral challenges Computer literate in Microsoft Windows software & ability to learn new software easily
- Organized, good attention to detail, and excellent time management Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Ability to communicate with diverse audiences
- Legal and Reliable transportation to drive on company time for company business.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
