Americare Senior Living is seeking a Community Liaison to build strong relationships with residents, families, and local partners. In this on-site role, you will welcome new residents, support smooth move-ins, and serve as a trusted point of contact throughout their stay. You will coordinate resident and family meetings, support care plan communication, and organize engagement activities and community outreach events. The ideal candidate is compassionate, highly organized, and skilled in communication, with experience in senior living, social services, or healthcare and a passion for person-centered care.
