DMG is actively recruiting for an outpatient Attending Psychiatrist for our adult F-ACT team located in a new outpatient clinic space on the campus of Valleywise Behavioral & Mental Health Center - an inpatient psychiatric hospital with an emergency department, in Maryvale, AZ. ACT provides a full range of services to people with a serious mental illness (SMI) insurance benefit. ACT teams offer complete, community-based treatment to people in the most difficult situations. *About the Role* This is a *full-time position* on a multidisciplinary, recovery-oriented care team serving *up to 100 patients*, allowing for small caseloads and highly personalized treatment. The team is composed of: * Psychiatrist * Clinical Coordinator * Two Nurses * Medical Assistant * Case Management Specialists * Peer Support Specialist * Education & Employment Specialist * Substance Use Specialist * Housing Specialist * Two Administrative Team Members The collaborative structure and limited caseloads support individualized, patient-centered, and recovery-based services. *Academic & Teaching Opportunities* This role includes a *faculty appointment (for eligible candidates)* with both the *Creighton University School of Medicine - Phoenix* and the *University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix*.
