What You'll Do
- Set up and run offset press equipment to meet production goals and quality standards.
- Review job tickets, verify materials, and prepare presses for efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot printing, mechanical, and color-related issues.
- Inspect printed sheets and ensure alignment with proofs, die lines, and color requirements.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic press repairs.
- Record time, materials, and production data accurately in the MIS system.
- Maintain safe operations and follow all SOPs, ISO standards, and company policies.
What You'll Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of offset printing experience, or 2+ years directly operating an offset press.
- Hands-on experience with 40" multi-color offset press equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with press tools (micrometers, refractometers, torque wrenches, etc.).
- Ability to produce high-quality prints with strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and comfort working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use MIS systems.
