We are currently seeking full-time, part-time, and PRN resident care staff and med techs to support our vibrant community for our 3 to 11 shifts. This will include rotation of weekends. Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following all safety and compliance protocols
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident progress
• Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a med tech or care staff in an assisted living or HHA setting
• Ability to pass a level two background check and drug screening
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Basic knowledge of medication administration and resident care procedures
