Quality Coordinator

Position responsibilities:

• Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with internal and external standards

• Analyze scheduled food safety and quality tasks performed by distribution center operations to validate and ensure compliance with established standards

• Implement food safety and quality programs within local distribution center operations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to thoroughly investigate and effectively resolve quality-related complaints and issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented to prevent future occurrences and enhance overall quality performance

• Ensure effective communication of all new or revised policies, procedures, or work instructions, and conduct training sessions for staff on quality + food safety policies and procedures

• Lead external audits, demonstrate strong leadership in ensuring comprehensive and successful assessments of our quality + food safety

• Review all data from routes equipped with continuous monitoring equipment to ensure temperature compliance.

Required Education and Experience: 

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience: 

• Food/beverage industry experience
