Title:  HR Process Transformation & Project Manager

Location: New York, NY 10036 – On-site role

Duration: 09 months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance)

Pay Range : ($90 - $95) on an hourly basis.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Process Transformation & Project Manager to support the transition of HR processes from S A P SuccessFactors to Fusion HCM. This role will lead process analysis, project planning, stakeholder coordination, documentation, training, and go-live readiness for the transition of Job Requisition and HR Data Management (HRDM) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and governance for HR process transitions.
• Analyze current-state HR processes and design improved future-state workflows.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRDM, HR Operations, and Global Mobility/Immigration teams.
• Develop SOPs, process flows, work instructions, training materials, and knowledge-transfer plans.
• Support Fusion HCM Job Requisition process implementation and go-live readiness.
• Track international pending hires, resolve issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, status reporting, issue escalation, training, and post-go-live process stabilization.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall experience.
• 3+ years of experience in HR project management, HRIS, HR operations, or HR process transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Fusion HCM implementations or transitions – required.
• Strong experience in process mapping, workflow improvement, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is strongly preferred.
• Experience with international hiring, global HR, immigration, or HR governance is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
