Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, including vital signs, bathing, and dressing

• Assist with medication administration and treatment plans as directed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and activities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
