Visit rate.com for more information. What's the Role? We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Mortgage Loan Closer to join our innovative and passionate team. Responsibilities Prepare Closing packages using Encompass and Doc Magic system. Review Closing Disclosure and required @ funding documents for accuracy. Provide funding authorization to Title/Escrow Agents. Experience and extensive knowledge of new TRID guidelines. Knowledge of State Bond programs a plus! Qualifications Ability to work in a “High Volume" environment. Great work ethic. Must have experience with Encompass. Minimum of 5 years experience in Mortgage Closings preparing closing packages and funding loans.
