Our agency opened in 2008 and has grown into a team of 14 who are focused on building strong relationships and supporting one another. I started my journey as an Agent Aspirant, which gave me a clear understanding of what it takes to grow in this business and how to support team members along the way.

Im married with five kids, including twins, and family is at the center of everything I do. We stay very active in sports and family activities, and that family-first mindset carries over into the culture of our office. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris Gaudet - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
