Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status through observation, physical examination, and review of patient history
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition, reporting any changes to the physician
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain a safe and clean patient environment
• Participate in patient care rounds and team conferences

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
