Job Duties:

• Check-in processes
• Prepare and maintain charts
• Collect payments
• Scan, copy, or fax documentation as needed
• Direct calls to the appropriate party or take messages
• Working knowledge of computers, office management principles

Skills and Abilities

• Problem solving methods and strategies
• Customer service oriented to handle different situations from customers
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to move about the office or able to stoop or kneel to pick up small items
• Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with other staff, customers, vendors, etc.
