As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll help shape how customers experience our brand every day. You'll work collaboratively with teams across Merchandising, Operations, Technology, and Marketing to create campaigns that drive engagement, support store initiatives, and bring our brand personality to life.

What You'll Do

You'll help lead and execute Stinker's digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms. You'll:

• Manage and optimize the Stinker website, mobile app, and other digital channels to ensure content remains current, engaging, and aligned with our brand
• Coordinate with first-party and third-party partners, including loyalty and delivery platforms such as DoorDash and Grubhub, to support digital initiatives
• Plan, execute, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns that increase customer engagement and brand awareness
• Monitor loyalty program performance and recommend strategies that improve customer participation and retention
• Partner with Category Managers and Marketing team members to support product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events
• Monitor social media channels and online reputation while identifying opportunities to engage with our customers
• Analyze campaign performance and digital marketing metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies to continually improve our marketing efforts
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
• Identify opportunities to improve digital processes, customer experience, and marketing effectiveness
• Support additional marketing initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Experience managing websites, mobile applications, social media platforms, or digital marketing technologies
• Experience working with customer loyalty platforms, digital analytics, or marketing automation tools preferred
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, customer engagement strategies, and online brand management
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and make recommendations
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and with external partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel occasionally between Stinker locations
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
• Ability to work in a professional office environment, including extended periods at a computer
