Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, and cleanliness. Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members. Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor efficiency. Drive sales growth through exceptional guest experiences and operational execution. Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to maximize profitability. Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and effectively. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Partner with culinary leadership to maintain menu quality and consistency. Foster a positive, team‑oriented culture focused on accountability and hospitality. Analyze financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and operational metrics. Qualifications Proven experience as a General Manager or senior restaurant leader in a high‑volume hospitality environment. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including service, culinary execution, staffing, and guest engagement. Demonstrated success in team development, coaching, and retention. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, food costs, and profitability.
