We attract a diverse workforce and the best minds in the world because our expertise thrives on creativity, resourcefulness, and collaboration.KBR is looking for an Instrument Technician who is responsible for ensuring Instrument assets are reliable and available in order to keep Process Units in operation.In Order To Be Considered Candidate Must Be Saudi NationalResponsibilities:To lead, supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance technician's team and focuses in compliance with the preventive maintenance plan and an efficient and effective development of breakdown maintenance on Instrument systems, equipment and facilities within his area of influence, applying the best and safe maintenance practices.The execution of monthly and weekly maintenance plan, control & submit progress reports on a regular basis.Provide onsite maintenance and repairs on all types of Instruments (such as generators, transformers and motors). Ensure that maintenance activities are carried out in accordance to standards, specifications, safety procedures, manufacturer's recommendation and contract terms.To lead, supervise and coordinate the day to-day activities of Instrument maintenance activities develop by technician on all Instrument systems plant, equipment and facilities within the designated area of responsibility. He is the focal point for daily Instrument maintenance execution plan.Conduct frequent site visits to ensure proper execution of work and check on the activity's technicians engaged in routine maintenance activities.Follow-up on Instrument maintenance work progress and submit regular progress reports to the Instrument foreman with recommendations. Keep a record of daily maintenance works against planned maintenance programs and prepare work completion reports, where applicable.Assist in implementing engineering modifications and enhancements to Instrument equipment by making recommendations to increase the suitability and serviceability of Instrument systems.Proactive safety aptitude and behavior.Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Instrument systems.Good knowledge in Instrument equipment design, installation and maintenance.Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Mechanical and electro hydraulic systemsStrong knowledge of standards, procedures and regulation to develop activities taking care of Health, Safety and Environmental preservationStrong communication and people skills.Good commands oral and written English.Qualifications:Minimum 7 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas FacilitiesWell organized and proactive with excellent communication skillsProven leadership skills with large organizationsMaturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problemsStrategic management skillsAn ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environmentFlexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA.Belong.
