Opportunity Overview Physicians can establish a new private practice, transition from employment, convert an existing practice to a supported model, or relocate and establish a practice in a new market. The physician retains full ownership and clinical control of the medical practice; MedCBO provides non‑clinical administrative and operational support. Physician Responsibilities Provide patient care within the specialty scope. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Coordinate payer credentialing under MedCBO’s guidance. Determine clinical services offered. Manage clinical quality and patient experience. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination. Billing and collections management. Payer contract negotiation. Financial infrastructure and reporting. Operational workflows, staffing systems, and staffing workflows. Technology platform implementation, EHR, telehealth, and clinical workflow systems. Requirements MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided. Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. Preferred Desire for practice ownership. Community‑based care interest. Leadership or program development interest. Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is not a salary and is generated by the physician‑owned practice.
