Director, Commercial Excellence & Analytics

Becton Dickinson seeks a Director of Commercial Excellence & Analytics to lead performance improvement across the Surgery division. The role combines analytics, business intelligence, automation, and continuous improvement to strengthen sales effectiveness and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial excellence strategy aligned with business priorities and enterprise standards
- Deliver analytics and business intelligence capabilities to support commercial leadership decisions
- Develop automation and AI roadmap to reduce administrative burden and improve productivity
- Apply BD Excellence methodologies and lead process improvement initiatives
- Lead, develop, and mentor team of analytics and commercial excellence professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years in commercial excellence, sales effectiveness, analytics, or consulting
- Experience building and leading analytics or commercial excellence teams
- Strong knowledge of sales operations, forecasting, CRM platforms, and commercial processes
- Proven ability to influence leaders and drive change across matrix organizations
- Medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry background
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Power BI, analytics tools, and continuous improvement methodologies
