A rewarding contract opportunity awaits for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about supporting students in secondary grades. Part-time SLP services are required for the upcoming 26/27 school year (August through mid-June), with a flexible schedule of 1-3 days per week, based on student enrollment. This role centers on making a meaningful difference for students in grades 8-12 near Wilmington, DE.

Your responsibilities will focus on completing speech/language evaluations, reviewing 60-day IEPs, establishing benchmarks, and actively participating in IEP meetings. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with adolescents, familiar with school processes, and confident in their ability to manage and document evaluations. Teletherapy professionals with relevant experience are encouraged to apply, as the school is open to remote arrangements for experienced SLPs.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active DE SLP license and DE Department of Education certification (required)
• Previous school-based experience, especially with writing evaluations and attending IEP meetings
• Experience supporting pediatric and adolescent populations, ideally in grades 8-12
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials welcomed
• Teletherapy experience for school-based settings (preferred if remote)
