What You’ll Do

• Manage the primary care needs of nursing home residents
  
• Perform detailed patient histories and physical examinations
  
• Conduct medication reviews and prescribe medications when appropriate
  
• Diagnose and treat acute medical conditions with appropriate follow-up
  
• Use strong clinical judgment to create accurate treatment plans
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio
  
• Board Certification required
  
• Long-term care or geriatric experience strongly preferred
  

Schedule

• 3 days per week
