Job Requirements

• Active PT license required; license required if applicable,
• Experience in the outpatient setting required,
• Can start with compact license but must obtain full state license while on assignment,
• 1 professional reference required,
• SSN required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Equipment and parking details will be provided during the interview or first day,
• Dress code information will be provided on the first day,
• Candidates previously employed at this facility on a perm or PRN basis must have been separated for at least one year to be eligible for rehire,
• Meal break is auto-deducted if clinician does not clock out,
