HIRING: Production Associate – $19/hr | Hesston, KS

Kelly® is hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Hesston, KS. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates looking to build or grow their manufacturing experience.

2nd Shift – $19.00/hr

10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Must be available to train on 1st shift for approximately one week.

What You’ll Do

Depending on the area you are assigned to, your responsibilities may include:

• Operate production and manufacturing equipment
• Assemble components using hand and power tools
• Load, unload, and move materials
• Assist with metal finishing and production processes
• Hang parts on production lines
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to safety and quality
• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or fabrication experience is a plus
