Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse II - NICU
Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse II to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team in San Antonio. This position is essential for delivering exceptional and compassionate care to critically ill and high-risk newborns.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of neonatal patients.
- Operate ventilators and other specialized medical equipment.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and laboratory results closely.
- Provide education and emotional support to families.
- Collaborate effectively with neonatologists and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Adhere to evidence-based practices while ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Experience in a neonatal care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
