Westminster Towers Orlando is seeking a Social Worker to join our Health Center team. You will assess residents' emotional and social needs, develop psychosocial care plans, and support individuals and families through admissions and ongoing care. This full-time position includes a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule in Orlando, Florida. You will coordinate with community resources, assist with discharge planning, advocate for residents, participate in QA activities, and monitor psychotropic #J-18808-Ljbffr
