Overview Transylvania Regional Hospital, part of Mission Health, is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department in Brevard, North Carolina. As a key member of our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced emergency setting, caring for patients of all ages with a wide range of urgent and critical conditions. Working collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and an interdisciplinary team, you will perform rapid assessments, prioritize and implement nursing interventions, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs and patient responses, and support safe, timely transitions of care. You will utilize evidence‑based practices, critical thinking, and sound clinical judgment to stabilize patients, advocate for their needs, and communicate clearly with patients and families during stressful situations.
